Someone thinks it is like most things you have it or don’t have it.
Just like sales, even those who “Get it” have to work hard and stay focused to become top closers.
Sales ability is not one skill but a chain of skills. Skills can be learned.
Also people with no personality or charisma can be top sellers.
How do we explain introverts and extroverts that are extremely successful with sales?
People with natural ability to communicate with everyone and anyone does not automatically equate to success.
All of the really good sales people I know learn something from others while helping those sales people with fewer skills become better.
Like all things, learning plus experience, and implementing drives the natural and will make it seem simple and easy.
